The Indian Postal Department is expected to announce the Jammu Kashmir GDS Result 2024 6th Merit list soon after the document verification process for the fifth merit list is completed. While the India Post GDS Results 6th merit list for Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) vacancies has already been released for all states except Jammu & Kashmir and Haryana, the recruitment authority will soon publish the GDS results on the official website at https://indiapostgdsonline.gov.in/.
The Indian Post has invited online applications for 44228 posts of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS), BPM, and ABPM. Now the candidates are waiting for the Jammu Kashmir GDS 6th merit list result. The circle-wise GDS merit list with cutoff marks will be released by the Department of Posts. JK Postal GDS Result 2024 5th Merit list was uploaded on 30th December 2024 on the official website of the India Post Office.

The Jammu Kashmir GDS Result 2024-25 for the GDS BPM and ABPM Recruitment will be released soon. Applicants can download the JK Postal GDS Post Office Merit List 2024 from the official India Post website. Only candidates who have applied for the 300 GDS positions can check their results and merit list online. The JK Gramin Dak Sevak Merit List will be based on marks obtained in the 10th Class.

India Post GDS Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted for engagement through a system-generated merit list, based on the marks obtained in the 10th standard from recognized Boards. In the event of a tie between candidates, the merit will be determined by Date of Birth, with preference given to the older candidate.
After the results are announced, shortlisted candidates will receive an SMS or email on their registered mobile number or email address, inviting them for document verification. If any candidate provides incorrect documents or information, their candidature will be immediately disqualified. Upon successful document verification, a provisional engagement offer will be issued via SMS or email.
